Everything you need to know about getting your new palo santo products. 

How do we make the incense?

The incense contains three ingredients: Palo Santo Wood Powder (≊ 70%) + Genus Phoebe Tree Bark (≊30%) + water.

This mixture is molded into thin sticks or cones.

We do not add perfumes, essential oils, aroma enhancers, or other synthetic compounds.

How do we make the wood chips? 

We grind palo santo wood slices to obtain wood chips then place them in a resealable bag. We do not extract palo santo essential oil from our wood chips.

What is palo santo?

Palo santo (Bursera Graveolens) is a wild tree native of South America. 

After the tree has naturally fallen and stays on the forest floor for at least five years, aromatic oils start to develop, giving this wood its unique aroma and energy. Only trees that have naturally fallen will go through this process. This is what sustainably harvested, reclaimed palo santo means.

If the tree is cut when it is still living, the oils will not come into being.

What is palo santo used for?

Palo santo smoke is used for clearing or to deepen your spiritual practice.

What is our environmental commitment?

We pledge to honor and support the region where our wood comes from.
A percentage of our revenue is used to plant trees in Peru through our partnership with 1% for the Planet.

What are the cautions for burning incense?

Every product comes with detailed instructions. Here are the highlights:

Never leave burning incense unattended. Use it in a well-ventilated area. Do not touch the incense while it is burning. Keep the burning incense away from other materials that catch fire. Keep the incense out of reach of children.

All of our incense products are fragile. Handle the sticks with care to keep them from breaking.

How long does it take to receive my product?

From the moment we receive your order, it will take 3-6 business days to prepare your shipment.

You will receive a tracking number as soon as your product ships.

For international orders, allow an additional 10-14 days for delivery.

I changed my mind, can I return it?
