PRODUCTION PROCESS

From Wood Powder to Finished Incense

Carefully crafted in Taiwan, our incense is made from aromatic wood powders, natural Lauraceae-family bark powder binder, and water. The incense mixture is extruded into shape, then sun-dried and cut as part of the finishing process.

STEP 01

Material Selection

Aromatic woods are selected according to scent character, format, availability, and production requirements.

STEP 02

Formulation

Aromatic wood powders are blended with natural Lauraceae-family bark powder binder and water to create a workable incense paste.

STEP 03

Extrusion

The incense paste is extruded into senkō-style sticks or shaped into cones according to the selected format.

STEP 04

Sun-drying & Cutting

The formed incense is sun-dried, then cut to the required specification as part of the finishing process.

STEP 05

Packaging & Trade Support

Orders are prepared according to the selected packaging or product-supply option, with export documentation coordinated where required.
